BOOKING To book your session, a non-refundable payment of £30 is required. This will include the cost of your session, a viewing gallery of 5-10 images, and a choice of either 1 edited full resolution digital image to download OR 1 high quality print, up to 7x5 inches.  

PAYMENT ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 

TIME SLOTS You may choose your time slot.   Please ensure you are at the provided address at this particular time as I will not have the capacity to over run into another person’s time slot. If you are late and arrive before the next slot then the session may continue at a reduced length. If you do not turn up during your time slot then you will forfeit your session. No refunds or partial-refunds will be given. If you fail to turn up, a rebooking fee of £30 will be payable should you wish to book another date.

LOCATION  The location is final, no alternatives will be considered. The exact address in St Dials will be provided within 24 hours of the shoot time.  If you would like to choose your location then a full family session should be booked instead of a mini session. 

SUBJECTS  The sessions are designed for small families or children. If more than two generations are to attend, then it is recommended that a full session is booked instead.  Laura Grace Photography cannot be held responsible for the lack of co-operation of any subjects to be photographed.  It is highly recommended that when bringing young children, you book a session time convenient for their naps and eating times.

PRIVACY  It is presumed you are happy for Laura Grace Photography to share your images on social media unless you specifically request otherwise. 

DIGITAL PACKAGE You will receive your password protected gallery of images via email, which will remain active for 7 days before expiring. During this time please ensure you have downloaded your chosen 1 image from your gallery. Additional images may be purchased at £15 each or £75 for the full set. Screenshots are absolutely forbidden and any evidence of this will result in the immediate invoice of the full set of images.

EDITED IMAGES  The link to your password protected gallery will be emailed to you within 2 weeks of your session. Images will be edited in accordance with Laura Grace Photography’s usual style. If further edits are required, these will be chargeable and priced on an individual basis. Clients must not re-edit their images.

USB  A USB is not included but can be purchased for an additional £10. 

COPYRIGHT  Laura Grace Photography will retain the copyright to all images. Clients will receive print and reproduction rights to all images they purchase. 

CANCELLATION Please let Laura Grace Photography know if you are unable to attend the session as soon as possible. If no notice is given then a rebooking fee of £30 will be applicable.  In the event of Laura Grace Photography not being able to attend the session, it will be postponed until the next mutually convenient weekend. No refunds will be given.
