I honestly cannot believe how successful my doorstep mini sessions have become in such a short space of time! I never imagined that I would be able to continue working throughout lockdown and so to be able to bring smiles to so many faces, as well as getting to meet lots of new families, has been incredible.
Now I'm not going to pretend for one second that I came up with the idea of shooting people at home, but a lovely bride of mine suggested it to me as she wanted some photos of her family. So I put some feelers out, did a couple of test runs with some friends and before I knew it, I was out all day meeting people on their doorsteps.
My sessions are typically done with families, but I have also photographed, couples, individuals and also pets (because they're part of the family too, right?).
