An engagement session is always a great idea before getting married as it lets you know what to expect for your wedding photography. Bethan and Aron wanted a beach feel to theirs so we headed to the gorgeous Southerndown Beach to practice.
We arrived in the afternoon when the tide was out, so we could really make the most of the sand. Evenings are home to wonderful sunsets but often the tide is in so it's important to find the right balance. After paying our £5 to the parking attendant (remember to bring cash) we set off exploring the amazing beauty of this location, including the tucked away Dunraven castle.
As your wedding photographer, it is so good to get to know my couples by doing a pre wedding shoot, especially as it always results in the couple being more relaxed on their wedding day. I can't recommend one enough!
