South Wales Engagement Photography
It was a gorgeous summer evening when Anna, Rhys and I all took a stroll around Southerndown Beach (aka Dunraven Bay) to take some of their pre wedding photos. We had planned it perfectly, the sun had shone all day. But just at the last minute, some clouds appeared and our dreams of a perfect golden hour started to fall as fast as the sun was setting.
Not to worry, we put our disappointment to one side and had some fun instead. We couldn't have dreamed that the cloudy sunset would result in such glorious pink toned colours! Considering they felt nervous about the engagement session before hand, I'm so pleased with how these images turned out. The couple totally relaxed and were able to focus all their nerves into interacting with each other and tuning me out, exactly as it should be!
It was the perfect way to get to know each other better before their amazing wedding at St Tewdrics' House in Chepstow.
